The History of Coffey Sound

Coffey Sound is synonymous with Cahuenga Blvd. In 1988 we opened our first shop at 3479 Cahuenga, a humble building with only a few employees. As the company grew, we moved up the street to 3497 Cahuenga and were there for many years. (During this time we opened up a satellite location in Culver City, though the decision was made to focus entirely on one location and we closed this shop's doors after one year of operation.) Consistent growth brought us back the other way down the street, to 3351-3353 Cahuenga, where we were able to split the Rental and Sales Departments apart and put them in separate buildings. But even this location could not handle our fast growth and we moved yet again, to 3325 Cahuenga, where we currently operate. With original 1980s stand-up arcade games, colorful paint and a large, open floorplan that really brings staff and customers together, the new Coffey Sound is a great place to visit and we plan to be here for many more years.
